Job Description
To assist both internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner. This includes assisting customers with the integration of their websites with WorldPay, eSolution and Bibit payment gateways.
This Role is until April 2011.
Must have previous technical support experience within a busy contact centre environment, which included handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Knowledge of two or more of the following web programming skills (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, ASP, Perl, PHP, Java)
